Welcome to Eira! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Eira mobile application and related services ("Service") provided by Eira ("we," "our," or "us").

By downloading, installing, or using the Eira app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent's or guardian's permission to use the Service.

Eira is a fantasy adventure chat application that provides:

• AI-powered character interactions and conversations
• Adventure mode with custom character creation
• Character gallery featuring fantasy characters from the world of Elarion
• Chat history and user profile management
• Background customization and personalization features

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

3.1 Account Creation

• You may create an account to access certain features
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You must provide accurate and complete information

3.2 User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Create content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users

• All app content, characters, and features are owned by Eira
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
• Character designs, stories, and world elements are protected by copyright

5. AI Service and Limitations

• AI responses are generated automatically and may not always be appropriate
• We do not guarantee the accuracy or appropriateness of AI-generated content
• Users should use discretion when interacting with AI characters
• We reserve the right to modify or remove AI responses that violate our guidelines

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of your information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Service Availability and Modifications
